We wish to provide you the best shopping experience so we strive to ship items out as soon as possible. In general, USPS is the method of delivery. Please allow 5-7 days for your items to be processed and shipped. If you desire expedited services, which will incur additional costs, or wish to know the lead time on your order please contact us a laviconcepts@gmail.com.

Due to COVID-19 and the events surrounding the pandemic, please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for order fulfillment, shipping and receipt. If you live in the Washington, DC and close surrounding areas, please contact me via email before ordering online to arrange for delivery. Thank you for your patience and patronage.

REFUNDS

• merchandise must be in it's original packaging and modestly unused.

• regrettably we do not refund the original shipping costs

• returns must be made within 15 days of purchase

• we will only be responsible for return shipping costs if you received damaged merchandise
